Our approach

Our product

Ojzoor School Education System.

Our own platform — not a reseller licence. Admissions through to report cards in one system, with logins for office staff, teachers, students and parents.

Live demo

One system for the whole campus

Admission forms, attendance, fee receipts, library issues, marks sheets and staff records usually sit in separate books kept by separate people. When the principal asks a question, someone spends a morning adding it up. Here it's entered once and every report is already current.

We host it, back it up and update it — or install it on your own server if your institution requires that.

What we do

Six capabilities, held by one team.

We'd rather be genuinely good at a short list than passable at everything. If your problem isn't here, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.

Custom software

The system your organisation actually runs on, built to your rules and your terminology instead of bent around someone else's product.

  • Web apps
  • Internal tools
  • APIs

Process automation

The approvals, entries and reports your staff retype every week, handled automatically — with a record of who did what, and when.

  • Approvals
  • Alerts
  • Documents

Reports & dashboards

One screen with the numbers management actually asks for, updated live — instead of someone compiling them from four registers at month end.

  • Dashboards
  • Exports
  • Scheduled reports

Records & migration

Years of registers, files and loose spreadsheets brought into one clean database — entered, checked and reconciled before anything goes live.

  • Data entry
  • Migration
  • Clean-up

Hosting & support

We host, back up, monitor and update what we build — or hand it to your own server and IT team, with the documentation to run it.

  • Cloud hosting
  • Backups
  • AMC

Industries

Same problem, different register.

Whatever the sector, the pattern is identical — information written by hand in one place, needed urgently somewhere else. Here's what that looks like, and what replaces it.

Educational institutions

  • FromAdmission files, attendance registers, fee receipt books, library cards
  • ToOne system, with portals for staff, students and parents

Schools, colleges, coaching centres and training institutes.

Manufacturing & industry

  • FromJob cards, stores registers, quality checklists, dispatch slips
  • ToProduction, inventory and quality tracked as it happens

Factories, workshops, processing units and engineering firms.

Businesses, small and large

  • FromOrder books, stock counts, staff attendance, WhatsApp approvals
  • ToBilling, stock, HR and payroll in one place, with an audit trail

Retail, distribution, logistics, services and professional firms.

Government & public bodies

  • FromPaper applications, ledger entries, manual demand and collection
  • ToCitizen-facing forms, digital records and reportable figures

Departments, municipal bodies, co-operatives and trusts.

Why Ojzoor

The part most vendors skip.

These projects rarely fail in the code. They fail at the counter, when staff go back to the old way because the screen confused them or nobody trained them.

1

One team, start to finish

The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it. No handover to a junior bench.

Day 1

You own everything

Repository, database and documentation sit in your accounts from the first commit.

2 wks

Something real, quickly

Every two-week increment ends with working software on a staging URL you can click through.

Training

Your staff, taught properly

Hands-on sessions for every role and a manual in plain language, before go-live and after.

How we work

Four phases, in this order.

The order matters, so it's numbered. You can stop after any phase and keep everything produced up to that point.

PHASE 01

Understand

We sit with the people doing the work — in your office, campus or plant — and map every form, entry and workaround. That's where the real requirements are, not in the brief.

You keep → process map, prioritised list, fixed-price quote
PHASE 02

Design

Screen-by-screen designs you click through and correct before development starts, plus the data model and hosting decisions written down with the trade-offs we rejected.

You keep → clickable designs, schema, cost model
PHASE 03

Build & migrate

Delivered module by module so your team uses the first part while we build the next. Existing records are entered, reconciled and signed off before anything goes live.

You keep → working software, migrated data, deployment pipeline
PHASE 04

Train & run

Hands-on training for every role, a manual in plain language, and support through the first months. Then we keep running it, or hand it to your IT team entirely.

You keep → runbooks, training sessions, source and infrastructure

Engagement

Three ways to start.

Pick by how well-defined the problem is, not by budget. We'll suggest a different one if it fits you better.

Our School Education System, configured to your classes, terms, fee structure and report card format. Hosted by us or installed on your server.

  • Set up in weeks, not months
  • Existing records migrated
  • Staff training included

Embedded team

When you need capacity, not a vendor

Our engineers join your standups, your board and your codebase. Monthly rolling, thirty days' notice, no lock-in.

Before you ask

The questions we get on every first call.

Can we see the school system before deciding?

Yes — there's a live demo linked in the product section above, and we'll give you login details so you can click through it properly. Better still, we'll walk your office staff and a teacher through it on a call, using your own class structure as the example.

What does a project typically cost?

The school system is priced by institution size and the modules you turn on, quoted up front. Custom builds are quoted after we've mapped your process, when we know the real scope. We won't put a number on your project before we understand it, and we won't bill hourly for work we scoped ourselves.

Our staff aren't comfortable with computers. Is that a problem?

It's the normal starting point, and we design for it. Big buttons, plain labels, few clicks, and screens that work on an ordinary phone. Training is hands-on and repeated after go-live, because the first week is when people give up on new software.

What happens to our existing records?

We bring them in. Old registers, Excel files and previous software exports are entered or imported, then reconciled against your own totals and signed off by your team before go-live. Nothing gets switched on against half-migrated data.

Who owns the software and the data?

You do. For custom work the repository and database live in your accounts from the first commit. For our school system your data is yours, exportable at any time, and it can be installed on your own server if your institution requires that.

Do you support the system after it goes live?

Yes, on an annual support agreement — hosting, backups, updates and a person to call when something looks wrong. If you'd rather your own IT team ran it, we hand over the documentation and train them instead.

Let's talk about what you're running today.

Book a thirty-minute call. Describe one process that's slowing you down, and we'll tell you plainly what it would take to fix it — and whether we're the right people for it.
