Custom software
The system your organisation actually runs on, built to your rules and your terminology instead of bent around someone else's product.

Ojzoor designs, builds and runs the software that organisations depend on — for educational institutions, manufacturers, businesses of every size, and government bodies. Our own products, and systems built to order.
See what we doOur product
Our own platform — not a reseller licence. Admissions through to report cards in one system, with logins for office staff, teachers, students and parents.
Admission forms, attendance, fee receipts, library issues, marks sheets and staff records usually sit in separate books kept by separate people. When the principal asks a question, someone spends a morning adding it up. Here it's entered once and every report is already current.
We host it, back it up and update it — or install it on your own server if your institution requires that.

What we do
We'd rather be genuinely good at a short list than passable at everything. If your problem isn't here, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
The system your organisation actually runs on, built to your rules and your terminology instead of bent around someone else's product.
The approvals, entries and reports your staff retype every week, handled automatically — with a record of who did what, and when.
One screen with the numbers management actually asks for, updated live — instead of someone compiling them from four registers at month end.
Years of registers, files and loose spreadsheets brought into one clean database — entered, checked and reconciled before anything goes live.
We host, back up, monitor and update what we build — or hand it to your own server and IT team, with the documentation to run it.
Industries
Whatever the sector, the pattern is identical — information written by hand in one place, needed urgently somewhere else. Here's what that looks like, and what replaces it.
Schools, colleges, coaching centres and training institutes.
Factories, workshops, processing units and engineering firms.
Retail, distribution, logistics, services and professional firms.
Departments, municipal bodies, co-operatives and trusts.
Why Ojzoor
These projects rarely fail in the code. They fail at the counter, when staff go back to the old way because the screen confused them or nobody trained them.
The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it. No handover to a junior bench.
Repository, database and documentation sit in your accounts from the first commit.
Every two-week increment ends with working software on a staging URL you can click through.
Hands-on sessions for every role and a manual in plain language, before go-live and after.
How we work
The order matters, so it's numbered. You can stop after any phase and keep everything produced up to that point.
We sit with the people doing the work — in your office, campus or plant — and map every form, entry and workaround. That's where the real requirements are, not in the brief.
You keep → process map, prioritised list, fixed-price quoteScreen-by-screen designs you click through and correct before development starts, plus the data model and hosting decisions written down with the trade-offs we rejected.
You keep → clickable designs, schema, cost modelDelivered module by module so your team uses the first part while we build the next. Existing records are entered, reconciled and signed off before anything goes live.
You keep → working software, migrated data, deployment pipelineHands-on training for every role, a manual in plain language, and support through the first months. Then we keep running it, or hand it to your IT team entirely.
You keep → runbooks, training sessions, source and infrastructureEngagement
Pick by how well-defined the problem is, not by budget. We'll suggest a different one if it fits you better.
For schools and colleges
Our School Education System, configured to your classes, terms, fee structure and report card format. Hosted by us or installed on your server.
When your process is your own
A dedicated squad — lead engineer, developers, part-time designer — working in two-week increments until it ships and your staff are using it.
When you need capacity, not a vendor
Our engineers join your standups, your board and your codebase. Monthly rolling, thirty days' notice, no lock-in.
Before you ask
Yes — there's a live demo linked in the product section above, and we'll give you login details so you can click through it properly. Better still, we'll walk your office staff and a teacher through it on a call, using your own class structure as the example.
The school system is priced by institution size and the modules you turn on, quoted up front. Custom builds are quoted after we've mapped your process, when we know the real scope. We won't put a number on your project before we understand it, and we won't bill hourly for work we scoped ourselves.
It's the normal starting point, and we design for it. Big buttons, plain labels, few clicks, and screens that work on an ordinary phone. Training is hands-on and repeated after go-live, because the first week is when people give up on new software.
We bring them in. Old registers, Excel files and previous software exports are entered or imported, then reconciled against your own totals and signed off by your team before go-live. Nothing gets switched on against half-migrated data.
You do. For custom work the repository and database live in your accounts from the first commit. For our school system your data is yours, exportable at any time, and it can be installed on your own server if your institution requires that.
Yes, on an annual support agreement — hosting, backups, updates and a person to call when something looks wrong. If you'd rather your own IT team ran it, we hand over the documentation and train them instead.
Book a thirty-minute call. Describe one process that's slowing you down, and we'll tell you plainly what it would take to fix it — and whether we're the right people for it.

A short call, no deck. If we're not the right fit we'll say so on that call and suggest who is.
